An unforgettable 1-day tour to the Tateyama mountain range with its distinctive ‘snow corridors’ and amazing scenery of the various peaks from a number of viewpoints on the mountain range itself, as well as the possibility to visit the Kurobe Dam, the tallest dam in Japan! The various viewpoints are connected with each other by different types of transport such as the cable car, which offers a rich view on the valley where the Kurobe Dam is located. Additionally, certain viewpoints contain souvenir shops, grocery stores, restaurants, or cafes. Aside from travelling in-between the viewpoints, it is also possible to go on a hiking tour to the Mikuriga mountain lake, which is located 45 minutes away from the Murodo bus drop-off point by foot. The lake has a distinctive clear blue color and is surrounded by marvelous landscapes of the mountain range with a view on the tallest peak, the Tateyama mountain itself!
