Travel with style in our “new normal” society.
Choose your unique beautiful Japanese patterned face mask from our collection. These are made with love & care by traditional Kimono expert locals in Ise, Mie Prefecture.
Originally a kimono shop, they started their business in 1945 by selling kimono cloth in a bicycle carrier before they established a proper shop in 1965.
Since the outbreak of the pandemic around February-March they have joined hands together with locals who now have less or no work, to create these colorful fun and beautiful masks.
We’d like to introduce you to these face masks of Japanese quality. Japanese people have always worn face masks and are familiar with them. Although wearing face masks was uncommon in Europe until recently, it has now become an integral part of the world around us. So why not wear one that is of great quality as well as fashionable?
*This is not a medical grade face mask.
*Please check the fabric for each face mask as it may differ.
*Do not iron the elastic part.
*We advise to wash by hand (in cold water the first few times) and not in the laundry.

I bought two of L size and feel they’re a bit big but I can make it work. It’s usually nicer when they’re bigger than too small, and the designs are cool so overall happy!
Love the color! I think design 23 has a cool vintage look and yesterday I got a compliment from a staff at a museum.
At first I hesitated because of the price (for this I give 4 star) but it’s a reusable item and I’ll be using it often since it seems we’ll be needing it for a while. I washed it already five times with a small amount of biotex. First in cold water like they advise, did that 3 times and now with luke warm water and it’s fine. After washing it by hand I leave it for about 15 minutes, then rinse well and let it dry.
